Fish Tacos

FISH TACOS- easy, healthy, and cheap!

1 bag frozen fish (grocery store or from your husbands last fishing adventure)- catfish, tilapia, white perch....you name it!
Thaw and season with cajun seasoning. Spray with cooking spray and cook in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.




Dressing-
1 cup light sour cream
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
1-2 tsp Tony's cajun seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
5 drops of Tabasco


Lay out a flour tortilla, put a dollop of dressing, throw some spinach on, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and top with a couple fish filets. Wrap and eat.
